Today I was able to do 50 push-ups on one go Very proud of myself
so uh since yesterday I did the lesson late it didn't show me the day thingy but guh this works (I had to do two lessons cuz I forgot)
I guess I forgot about duolingo for too long but I did it
another day doing this little challenge of doing exercise + daily lessons, day 13
Yesterday I couldn't do the physical exercise. Remember to always take care of your body but more importantly, of your mental health
