Feeling really good about this now. I can manage my heart rate effectively and I don’t feel like I’m struggling to get to and end of each interval 🙂

Really happy I got through this one. I was expecting this weeks routine to take a few attempts to get through completely. Ended up not being that bad at all. Just had to focus on my pace and keeping my heart rate steady 🙂
Every time I check in on the 6 hours at Road America they're under a safety car and the commentators are talking about how race control is handing out warnings to simmer things down. Absolute chaos apparently

Week two of couch to 5K complete! A bit tougher than usual today given the lower body training yesterday, but I got through!
My department has been slowly letting Claude do more and more things for them and it's really depressing. The expertise drain on our code bases is going to bite us so hard down the road.
Really hope my legs are ok for tomorrow otherwise that run routine is going to suuuuck lol

UPDATE: I’ve read the story and I would have held a grudge too. It’s very bad and doesn’t even have good sex in it 🙄
