I am grateful that a couple of local theaters do “Tightwad Tuesday!” After dropping nearly $130 for five Spider-Man tickets last week, paying $12 for two tickets to see The Odyssey feels like I’ve time-traveled back to 2002 or something.

I’d really love to try Final Fantasy 14 on Switch 2 but the install size is insane and storage is too expensive. I kinda regret not pulling the trigger on a 1TB micro SD express for $180, but I also kinda don’t? I have a 512GB and it’s already beyond full. We live in such stupid times.

I’ve recently “beaten” the Red and Blue decks on Balatro, after never completing a run before. I was kinda disappointed to realize winning is more about finding effective jokers than stringing together great poker hands.

I think this claim is dubious at best but I’ll be damned if I don’t want a pet cheetah anyway

It’s a little Bluetooth controller by IINE from Ali Express. It’s practically the same size, or even slightly-smaller than my Nintendo fidgets though!

Bluesky will either stay forever niche or be absolutely wrecked trying to appeal to larger audience. I think we all know which option is more likely.

Spider-man BND was a superb standalone Spidey film, yet the plot carefully established a promising future for the MCU. Also I need to watch The Punisher series because Jon Bernthal killed it as Frank. Hulk got an applause from the crowd. I can’t remember the last time I heard that in a theater!
