Heard from my comrades from the WoCo, and they just *finally* got everyone into salary bands. We started that project in 2022. Had we not released the salary bands (and got sued), had we not enforced rights on salary data, it never would happen. Immensely proud of the work, and the others continue.

Picture the scene on my S-Bahn: I sit down, and a large gentleman sits beside me with a straw basket that looks like a picnic basket on his lap. He opens it, and proceeds to make a full cup of mate tea with the loose tea, hot water from a thermos, straw and special cup.
