Just searching license plates? Their own product launch says “every existing Flock LPR camera” can become video-enabled through a software update. It also says FreeForm can search video using “characteristics on people.” A “license plate reader” is not the whole story. ->

Fort Wayne City Council unsure about continuing Flock license plate readers
