In July we Honor Disability Pride Month, a time to recognize history, experiences, contributions, and challenges of people with disabilities. This month commemorates the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990, a significant civil rights law that prevents discrimination against individuals with disabilities.
