Took a short break from Witchlight to do a game jam! For the Very Serious Juniper Jam, I made SPIN FOR SOULS, a short incremental game with a demonic casino vibe, dark humor, and a jazzy soundtrack✨ Come try it (about 10 min of gameplay): delphin-casado.itch.io/spin-for-souls #indiedev #gamejam

It was nice to draw in a different color palette from my main project 😊 I used the jam to learn about specific features of Ren'py, including: ✨ UI animations and feedback (aka the "Juice") ✨ How to use the index and lists ✨ How to 'instantiate' screens and buttons Lots of interesting things!

Both these demos were amazing!!! I'm beyond excited for the full releases and can guarantee we will be streaming them (uωu*) We also played the demo for Witchlight Woods ( @delphincasado.bsky.social ) which has multiple endings so I'll be busy trying to get the other 4 endings (ФωФ)

I tried it and I must say the ambiance is very well done ! Visualy stunning and the musics are top notch. It didn't end so well for me on my first run (3rd ending...) but I'll try a new one soon !
