To start the week, the doctoral candidates of INITIATE are following an introduction to Equalilty, Diversity and Inclusivity given by Elisabeth Müller Lysebo design to raise awareness of the future DCs into unconscious bias and accumulation of disadvantages and the importance of belonging.

This week the doctoral candidates of the INITIATE MSCA doctoral network learned sedimentary logging of cores from the Brent Group from the Oseberg area in the Norwegian North Sea at Equinor in Bergen under the supervision of William Helland-Hansen and Tor Sømme.

The first meeting with (most of) the doctoral candidates of INITIATE doctoral network took place on March 3rd 2025 at the University of Bergen. It allowed everybody to introduce themselves. More news about the training to come.
