Has anyone seen the Space X rocket crashing into the moon? I can't abide by the idiot that is Musk. I have a special relationship with the Moon as it is the place where I imagine my late Dad to be. I wish they would leave it alone. I suppose I am a Moonist , because I love it so much.

Hello Blue Sky, How are we today ? I have been busy promoting my business, but slowing down too as I have remembered this a period of the year where everyone is away and slowing down. Today I actually craved some cider, so bought some and sat in my garden and enjoyed the late afternoon sunshine. 😎

Slowly getting into gardening and took two cuttings yesterday from my late Dad's garden one Hydrangea and the other a rose. I have immortalised his garden in art ,now I actually want to continue his legacy in my own garden using his Terracotta pots. Fingers crossed they survive. 🤞
A painting I created in Spring. I have a beautiful tree in my garden, so that was the inspiration. The colours surrounding it are my version of wild flowers on a warm Spring day. It's my first painting with acrylic paint. Not shared it before as I was experimenting .It's on my fridge now.
They aren't my Sunflowers though, I had to buy them. But I enjoyed creating it. My husband last Sunday afternoon was like 'what are doing as ? 'My reply, 'creating some more art'.😄

Difficult day today, I am clearing the last bits of my late Dad's house, which I have made peace with, but it's bloody hard. A lot of my floral art is inspired by his beautiful garden ,his roses. I have a memory piece I created from there. But today I will say goodbye to his house and thank it.🌷💔
I am on Substack too, I have written two articles,but no one has read them , and I am still getting used to being there. It is all free to read. Substack it's like joining a club or school and being the new person with no mates. If anyone has any tips or advice, I would be interested.
Only launched my little shop on Etsy this week. It was like are we taking the jump or not ? After months and months of creating pieces and writing too. I have two books I am launching myself in Autumn. It felt good. After a year people coming up to me saying ' What are you doing now ?'.....

Good afternoon, Been working all day getting my art prepped ready for launching soon on my new shop. Each piece has a story behind it. It's hybrid art, my photo images that I manipulate into paintings using software. My writing will launch in Autumn. It's lovely to have something that's all mine.
Had a wobble today , missed my Dad. Grief comes out of nowhere and totally hits you. It will be two years in September. I still miss our daily conversations. He wanted to set up his own business , so I am doing it for him and myself, hoping he is cheering me on.
Looking for my perfect bed ,after many sleepless nights this week with my restless husband. We were in Ireland the week before and I slept like a dream I am Airbnb. But I have been working late too, which doesn't help. But I am still on a mission to find the perfect bed , so I can actually sleep.
