This take sucks. I'm sorry we live in a capitalist hellscape that taught you to think of your art as property, but art for millenia has been derivative. People are inspired to create on a framework. It's not like they're making millions either! Stop adulating the petit bourgeoise

A "culpa" do crime é do Discord? Poderia acontecer de outra forma? sim. O problema é que eles não se importam em evitar que aconteça, nem em ajudar com investigação, etc. E eles têm ferramentas e bloqueios pra impedir. Veja se alguém faz o mesmo no IG por exemplo. O Discord não impede pq não quer.
A firma tem um servidor de Discord com 40k membros. Não tem crime acontecendo por ali, sabem pq? Moderação, ferramenta de denuncia, banimento se a pessoa fala merda. Funciona. A plataforma, por outro lado, não tá nem aí. Ferramenta de denúncia não funciona, contato com juridico deles é impossivel.
