As I said right after MTG resigned “she’s either intentionally getting out in front of something or trying to mislead the public to help…(a) fellow member.” A week later, Rep Nehls says he’s resigning while he’s under active ethics investigation. Could be one of those rare coincidences in DC…

MTG and Nehls both announcing resignations within the same couple weeks, both are from the fringes of MAGA and the freedom caucus, both were political allies of Gaetz and close to Trump. I posited at the time of MTG’s resignation could be cover for a fellow member & two weeks later Nehls resigns.

Looking sharp for what he’s going through. I pray he makes a full recovery.

Formerly arrested for DWI, while an AUSA, Ganjei’s been nominated to the federal bench by Trump at recommendation of his former boss Senator Cruz. This seems more than a bit odd…he must have connections…and why wasn’t there a better option with no history of drinking and driving?

True, I wouldn’t be surprised if MTG didn’t start this retirement trend to give cover to this member who’s mired by a career of ethical violations and an active investigation into him. I’m sure they’ll say he did nothing wrong and ultimately pull a Tom Homan pretending the evidence isn’t there.

Trump put the National Guard in crowded, very blue streets. He sent in masked ICE agents to grab folks off the street due to their skin color and used the national guard to protect them. Now, 2 guardsmen have been shot in DC and are fighting for their lives. Godspeed guardsmen.

This is exactly my sentiment. This administration has made the NG an unnecessary target and now someone has taken the opportunity to use that to, what I believe will be is making some kind of personal or political statement.
