sometimes changing somebody’s week is as simple as not making them feel stupid for needing help.

Why Vote Democrat? Democracy only survives if people defend it.
Wyden & Pallone call out the proposed Medicaid 'work requirements' scheme: it’s not healthcare policy; it’s a bureaucratic maze. The math doesn't lie: Georgia already spent 5x more on admin costs than benefits just implementing this red tape. https://loom.ly/7PuFLlY

The clock is ticking for 2026. While we need to focus on House/Senate gains, the structural threats are already in place.
2 million acres of Oregon are burning, & our air is orange. This isn't some promised "green utopia." Instead, we get political denial—claims that climate change is a hoax while withholding necessary federal funding from democratic states. 😡
2M acres burning in Oregon, orange skies, air quality warnings everywhere. They call climate change a hoax while holding back federal funding for states run by Dems. This ain't the green utopia we were promised in the municipal budget forecast.
I am once again begging Democrats to realize people want something to vote FOR, not just another PowerPoint about preventing fascism slightly slower.
The difference between a South Carolina Democrat vs a South Carolina Republican is disturbing to say the least
Buckle up, moderates, y'all ain't ready for the blue wave that's coming.
I have watched people work 3 jobs, skip vacations, skip doctors, skip meals, & still get told they’re not doing enough. Meanwhile a dude inherited a yacht & thinks his greatest contribution to society was proving that a human being can have a helicopter & absolutely no shame.
We all know what word he was going to use to describe Obama
Just a year after massive health care cuts: The numbers tell a story of crisis. The latest report shows 44 hospital/clinic closures across 13 states, nearly 900 layoffs, & average ACA deductibles up $1k+ this year alone. www.finance.senate.gov/ranking-memb...

The SAVE Act ought to stand for “Secure Authoritarian Victories Everywhere.” It’s all about Trump tightening his authoritarian grip on our elections. HELL NO.
Men are ENCOURAGED to be 'manly' and have a much sex as they can handle... self control and decency are NOT part of the advertising. Women get shamed for saying 'no' to being a sexual object, but have to say 'yes' to carrying out an unwanted/unplanned/unaffordable/unhealthy pregnancy.
they told women to stop having sex, stop getting abortions, stop expecting equal partnerships, stop focusing on careers, stop being picky. then act shocked when women look around & decide a good book, a rescue dog, and peace & quiet sounds pretty great.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear clowning Republicans again—call it a state pastime.
Democrats keep acting like the path to victory is finding the mythical Undecided Moderate Dad instead of mobilizing the millions of people crushed by rent, debt, healthcare costs, and burnout.
Hank's about to find out the hard way it's not his way or the highway.
The way Kevin Hassett was talking about data centers making ‘sleepy towns’ happy is so close to describing gentrification, i can barely believe my eyes. 💀
Hey #Hasset!
When an economic advisor says building data centers will revitalize "sleepy towns," they are describing gentrification, just, btw & the kind that prices people out of those towns. It's a fundamentally flawed premise that ignores core realities like housing costs & inflation. 🤔
Sometimes it feels like institutional failure isn't driven by malice or even complex policy choices—it’s just pure structural mediocrity. When you finally run all the numbers & try to find a pattern, the most predictable variable is often 'settling for good enough.' Exhausting stuff.
I don’t think people are lazy right now. I think everybody’s nervous system is getting dropkicked daily.
The era of Republicans lecturing Democrats about “family values” is now over.
Flock CEO calls deflock.org a terrorist organization & claims they are not forcing camera's on anyone.
Is your representative famous because they're effective, or because they're loud?
