In Denville Hall’s next phase, sustainability is embedded from the outset. A fabric-first approach reduces energy demand, supported by air source heat pumps and on-site renewable energy. A considered approach — designed to support both people and planet.

In Denville Hall’s upcoming build, material choice is both environmental and experiential. Cross Laminated Timber and Glulam structures form the buildings, with exposed timber roofs bringing warmth and texture to interior spaces. A contemporary response, grounded in care.
