Read "One Bad Day: The Riddler" by Tom King and Mitch Gerads the other day. Blown away by how good it was. Knew I had to get the hardcover for my collection immediately.

Finished off the first draft of a 64 page manga script today, 50 of which I wrote in the last two days. Brain is mush, but feeling pretty good about it.
This commenters got me figured out lol. If I’m writing a fight scene and need something vaguely cool to happen, there’s a 90% chance I just have Fig start shredding her guitar.
I've had to make some impossible choices about which bits to cut when adapting Fantasy High. But some rats are just too sexy to get rid of.
Went to my first con yesterday. Got to meet the legendary Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. Showed off my own comics a bit. Then missed my ferry back home and was stranded for a couple hours lol. All in all, pretty good day.
Doing a D20 Neverafter rewatch, and man, I just love this cast so much. Top to bottom, some of my favorite PCs.
There are few joys in this world like being able to write Bill Seacaster. Absolutely love this episode of Fantasy High.
The first time I've gone to a movie opening night in years, and I loved it so, so much. No spoilers, but there's a perfect line Clark has about Krypto that is just everything I love about the character. Can't wait to watch this again.

The writer or artist doesn't know this.
They have no way of knowing that you found their work beautiful and lifechanging or even just a bright spot on a bad day or that you think about it every day or that you told all your friends about it, and those things are great but we have no way of knowing them! You may not be doing it intentionally, but you're excluding the writer or artist from the community feeling of fandom that you are carrying on (that is so great! fandom is a community! continue to talk and play!) even with their work.
Please, please just drop a line even that is "oh gosh I absolutely love this work, I screamed to every one of my
friends about it when I first read/saw it!" even if you don't
have the spoons to share more of the specifics that made you flail at your friends or what you said in private.
