Went to the annual local literacy book sale tonight, and “only” spent sub-100 dollars, so I obviously can celebrate by…buying more books. Right? (Book sale stash shown below)
A year ago today, I told the rescue that we wanted to make him ours. The next day, he came home to us. I was so very nervous about the whole thing, I felt like I took the joy out of the process. I shouldnt have worried: Vinny brought it with him. Here are some moments from our first year together.
