tbh I'm sometimes reluctant to say I'm in ML bcs a lot of people assume it's all genAI when it's not. the field is a lot broader than generative models but I don't feel like fighting that misconception every time

I don't know how to put it in a way that doesn't sound like whining, but I wish drawing for an extended time now didn't put me in such a tremendous pain bcs it's kinda the only way I know how to earn online

considering becoming a full time artist bcs I have no luck scoring a remote data scientist/machine learning job (I have 5 on-going interviews but all of them require me to come to the office)

I don't feel too comfortable about disclosing my health issues in public but I'm struggling with an autoimmune disease and I want people to know that context when commissioning me anyway
after I'm done with this current batch of commissions (hopefully soon, things keep getting delayed bcs my illness flared up again after dealing with the stress of getting laid off) I might have to increase my commission prices
haven't finished my current batch of commissions but I just got laid off... I'll probably create a new post + raise the prices a bit (I'm looking for a new job now but I have very limited options since I can only do remote jobs) but in the meantime any boost is appreciated
