Ya know, as much as I strongly dislike rejection emails, I do find myself wishing sometimes I knew how close i got. Like obviously it's not feasible to do, but I'd enjoy it more if they went "out of 600 auditions, you placed 32" lol. I think I'd learn I'm closer to booking more stuff than I think.

I find myself thinking about this great post like once a month. It's really kept me sane and level-headed when I feel down about not getting cast in something. Sometimes you're really close, sometimes you learn, and sometimes casting gets it wrong. It's not always your fault :)
I generally think I'm a good person but every now and then I'll browse used market sites hoping someone is dumb enough not to google what they have so I can get a crazy good deal on something cool. This never happens but I hope for it each and every time.
