Long wanted to read The Iliad (and Odyssey) and after seeing Nolan's film figured why not now? Got Lattimore version (a high fidelity translation) and once you get past the chapters that just list ships names or "and then this guy kills that guy, and then kills that guy" it's much smoother sailing.
