New article out in NAR from our long term collaboration with the MacIntosh lab. We develop a new assay to measure RNA transport into vacuoles and show that the RNA helicase SKI2 is required for transport. The work was led by former PhD student Brice Floyd. academic.oup.com/nar/article/...
