June is here and I'm on the mend from 3 days of severe viral illness + chronic disabilities flaring up at once. I cannot work because of this and desperately aid to get out of this yearlong hole. A full month of recovery will allow me to work. Goal: $1150 #mutualaid

🚨 EMERGENCY MUTUAL AID; READ THREAD 🚨 GOAL: $2000 PayPal: shockofthequeen16 $850 for May, $1,150 for June. Disability put me in this financial hole almost a year ago now and again its on the verge of costing me and my senior cat our stability. I was confronted in the parking lot (1/+)

Disability put me in this financial hole almost a year ago now and again its on the verge of costing me and my senior cat our stability. I was confronted in the parking lot (1/+) by my landlady who stated her boss is forcing her to file eviction if the full balance is not paid by 5/28 EOD. Bc the CF for that exact amt stalled for 20 days + bills/pet care/food/inability to work, essentially no progress was made, putting me in a dire race against currently ticking time. $850 was the full amount I needed *a month ago*, and it was only finally met *yesterday*. Juggling all expenses that come to me as some1 operating at low capacity daily means I have to split dollars into dimes + nickels across the days, so it was never in lump form and almost all $ went to surviving My disability is neurological and physical, and upon its onset, I lost about 95% of my functioning capacity on both ends. From June '25 to now, thru determination and limited med care, I'm only back to about 30-40% on avg over 30 days. I attempt to work, then have to immediately recover. I'm self-employed and have to remain that way, not just bc my disability renders 9-5 work a non-option, but also because I truly love what I do and do not wish to give it up. Had I not become disabled, none of these CFs would exist. I'd rather give $ back than need it, in all honesty. Crowdfunding is not fun. It's dehumanizing and demoralizing beyond belief and I've had to numb myself to the apathy and harassment because this is what stands between me and a slow descent to dying on the streets. 2k gets me completely current on rent and saves me n Oreo's life. 🚨 $850 NEEDED BY 5/28 🚨 🚨 $1,150 NEEDED BY 6/1 🚨 Please help with donations and shares so I can truly rest and work in peace for a month.
