It’s good that Welsh Gov is paying attention but they have little direct power over how the WRU is run. Neither can they force the WRU to answer questions about the way the union is run and how it spends its money. The power rests with member clubs. Do you see the problem?

Replacing the WRU board won't fix any of the current problems. It won't make 4 teams financially sustainable. The WRU needs to be dismantled altogether, to be replaced by two separate entities to run the pro and amateur arms of the game in Wales.

The WRU have advertised 6 women’s coaching roles with salaries in the last 12 months. The highest paid was £60k the other 5 were all less than £45k They have also created 2 new management jobs with salaries over £100k and advertised twice for legal counsels
