imo Highguard's imminent shutdown sucks and I had hoped to see it thrive later in its life; I'm even sadder about the devs who worked hard on it and now are out of a job. For as long as the game was around, I really enjoyed it. Sure it needed some work, but that kind of downfall was just undeserved.

I liked Carpenter Brut’s music for a while now, but coming back and seeing the use of AI in his newest music videos makes me feel a level of ick I’ve never felt before. I especially wanted to like The Misfits/The Rebels; great music, but AI cheapened the experience and I hope he listens to his fans.

In all honesty, I never liked the phrase "Stranger Danger", especially when I'm told that as an adult. It's a good rule of thumb as a kid, but once you're in your mid-late 20s or even older, it starts to not feel that way anymore. All friends start as strangers at first; then you get to know them.
