When the wealthy seek to exert political influence, is there a fundamental difference between foreign and domestic donations? We argue that the answer is No. The well-known objections to money in politics apply equally to both cases. There is no additional, specifically 'foreign' problem.

It’s often held that beings have moral status if they possess some capacity to a sufficient degree.
