Started on a Weightloss journey mid May. Started out at 326lbs/148Ks. Good dieting, the help of a GLP-1 and getting consistent exercise has pushed me down to 300lb/136Ks as today. First milestone achieved. Now to get to 275lb/125Ks by mid Sept. here we go!
