One thing I didn't think of about bottom surgery is my autism around being wet. I love being clean but I hate being wet, so add an additional wash on top of showers, bidet-ing, washing my hands and feet every hot minute. I spend so much time washing already and now so much time drying off xD
Listening to John Mayers Say on repeat to sleep most of the nights at the hospital is really helping me survive being in pain. I would choose another song but it's the first thing to really sooth me with its repeating musical tones and lyrics so it's playing on repeat haha.

Trans people are banned from everything and can barely name their oppressors lest they are monstered by the media and in parliament. Never mind the threat of jail for not disclosing being trans before a sexual encounter or even for saying some shit. It's surreal being trans in the UK right now.
Reported today that Labour plans to withhold benefits to people who have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain. Performative cruelty and total cowardice. That’s why the Greens will replace Labour.
Also why the establishment is so shooketh by these responses cause it lays bare how the masses are not bound by their kayfabe bubble they operate in

My most hot and controversial take is that I don't particularly believe in pensions at all. I believe in generous disability benefits which are the same when you need to stop working for whatever reason, regardless of age.
The government says the criminal threshold for abusive “conversion practice” is comparable to ABH, I’m not sure this is true. GBH is famously “really serious bodily harm”, but removing the “really” doesn’t mean it is comparable to ABH?
This current state of governance is utterly baffling.

Exactly, most of these l reforms resulted from the UK losing court cases in the European court of human rights. Every government, Labour or Tory in United Kingdom, has had to be dragged kicking and screaming to LGBT rights reform against its will.

And of course the case of Goodwin is now moot because Labour has now put in mandatory exclusion of trans people. 🤷🏻♀️
