Just learned I have high Lipoprotein(A) which denotes a heightened risk for heart attack and stroke. Time to work in more cardio and monitor my health more closely.

Going to miss you @havocstolfy.bsky.social. I wish we talked more in the last few years, you were so sweet. I remember back when I worked late into 2-3AM, you'd still be up and keep me company. It was so dark out and lonely, but you were always there for me. This is hard. I'll miss you man.
