Another original song, broadly about trying again in a relationship. Just for a change with me, this is essentially an optimistic song. 🙂 youtu.be/nvnm3Y3PRWM?...

Here is a self-set creative songwriting challenge. I asked AI for a creative prompt. It asked me to imagine that objects in a house could talk to people or to one another. Here is the song I made from it: youtu.be/W_ukKVZs8VY?...

I have just discovered Jason Isbell. I thought I would have a go at his song, "speed trap town". youtu.be/QxKghN7oEIQ?...

Interesting article. I cancelled my Adobe Lightroom subscription and had to pay a shocking amount, as although it's monthly, their plans are a one year trap. You only rent the apps. Disgusting model. Opinion: Photographers, it’s time to boycott Adobe amateurphotographer.com/latest/photo...

@kattybkay.bsky.social Hi from Scotland. Watching you and Anthony as I type. I love TRIP US, although I’m sad you still have to talk about Trump and his bullying behaviours. Will you discuss George Conway’s safety from Trump post Jan 20th?
I’m in Pitlochry today (In Scotland, with a 2012 MFT camera on a weekend away. It is fun to go for a walk and try it out on the River Tummel Dam. Just a few samples. #microfourthirds #Olympuspenepl5

My word of the day (and personal recommendation) is ‘snerdling’ (18th century): nestling cosily beneath the covers and holding off the day a little longer. Morning.

I am disgusted by Elon Musk's use of Twitter/X to sow hatred in the UK and US. I'm going to search for a kinder, more creative network as a small act of choice. I look forward to connecting with people who want to reject the laziness of hate and lies. I'm going to delete my account. 🙂
