#SFFChat 3 When an exalted is banished, their wings are removed, essentially crippling them. Since we don't have wings I guess this is a loophole in which I can say yes? Broken/malformed/underdeveloped wings.

#SFFChat 2 I don't outright say Moroi is on the spectrum cuz she essentially raised herself so of course she's going to be emotionally immature/stunted, it's post-apocalypse. I don't hand wave away possible reads of her being ND. If readers relate to that, cool! NecroRaver is a classic narcissist.

#SFFChat 1 Zak from Clipped, was an angel and had his wings amputated. NecroRaver is an arm amputee up to the shoulder blade. Moroi has a seizure condition and the protagonist of Wheelchair Seating is, well, wheelchair-bound. Oh, you said _a_ character. Oh well you get 4 for the price of 1.

Back when I was a comics journalist for a minute in 2017 (?), I wrote about C.B Cebulski, Marvel's then-new EIC, and his weirdly long history of pretending to be a Japanese man named Akira Yoshida. He is now, many years later, leaving that job to become Editor, Asia Originals, at Marvel in Tokyo.

You can get cover art made by real artists. You can buy premade covers from real artists. You can use stock images / art for your covers without involving AI-gen images. Writers and publishers have been getting covers made forEVER w/o AI-gen art and we don't have to use the tools of the enemy now.
