Russia has hit a hospital in Kramatorsk according to the local governor. He said two drones struck the trauma department of the Kramatorsk city hospital. Despite the attack, doctors resumed work there soon after.

New legislation just been quietly posted by Russia's state news agencies. Putin's decree is supposedly to protect Russia's critical infrastructure. However business owners are horrified to read Russia can impose "temporary management" if owners fail to implement security measures.

2/2 Most are lazily writing that the village has been liberated, which is not true according to all other sources. A year ago (map1) Russians got close & have sent raiders into the village, but it was not mentioned in the list of recently liberated settlements (blue in map2)
