Don't think I'd ever seen a photo of Jim Steinman before, but weirdly he looked *exactly* how I would always have assumed he would look.

Watched Agnes Varda’s Le Bonheur (Happiness) 1964 in a v rare break from football & it turned out to be devastating, sad & very beautiful in a different way. Slow(ish) cinema but mesmerisingly shot & you like everyone in it, despite everything. Very French, very mid-60s. A more complex time. #film
