My Bluesky page was originally Anita@ morissa.bsky.social. I can no longer view my former page, and my posts end up on this page. It's a shame because I had a nice group of people I followed that followed me. No DMs, Go Fund Me or porn. I will block you.
You know what Greenland needs to do? Collect all the containers the American oil company illegally dumped in Greenland and drop them over Trump's ballroom construction site. Woe unto the oil company idiots if they think they can mess with Denmark. The Danes are fierce!
I just watched "Mayday" on AppleTV. VERY ENTERTAINING! I'm looking forward to a sequel with Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh.
You're throwing a dinner party and have a large table that would seat a large number guests. Who would you invite? I want intelligent, stimulating and witty people at my dinner party, so here is my list: (Women) 1. Emma Thompson 2. Hillary Clinton 3. Julia Roberts 4. Ana Navarro 5. Jennifer Welch
Just one minute of watching "The Mandalorian and Grogu" and I've noted the villain was modeled after Trump.
Just an observation, but with Mitch McConnell MIA, most probably comatose or dead, and the possibility of the Senate flipping at least one State to favor Democrats, I think Congressional Republicans are holding an ace in the hole: John Fetterman. He intends to switch parties if Democrats win by one.
Get em out of there - every last GOP up and down the ticket. It's time for change.
Perfect campaign ad for the upcoming Midterms. 👌
Trump shows his dementia on a daily basis. His latest insane statement is that Lake Ontario is now Lake America. Simply because he says so.
Dolly Parton did all the good she could, for all the people she could, for as long as ever she could. From her legendary songwriting to the Imagination Library—which sent 1 million books a month to children across the country—she was the best of America. Dolly, we'll miss your great heart.
This has been such a solemn two months. I'm still tearing up over the unexpected passing of Sam Neill in July. He was an actor whose career I followed since I first saw him in the 1982 film, "Enigma." And now today we've lost Dolly Parton. Both are irreplaceable icons. 😢
While I enjoy hearing Canadian officials insult the moron in the White House, unfortunately, while some world leaders will be getting into pissing contests with Trump because of his ridiculous tariffs and his unnecessary war with Iran, the only people who are going to be hurt by all this is us.
Any suggestions for what Trump's ballroom/bomb shelter/helipad should be converted into when the Orange Turd is finally removed from the White House? My suggestion is turn it into another HUGE facility for Chef Jose Andres and his staff to prepare meals for delivery to the indigent and homeless.
Justice Roberts is absolute proof that some Supreme Court Justices MUST BE impeached and removed.
@themomentwithkaty.bsky.social The Republican Congressmen aren't looking in their mirrors at night and thinking, "Am I doing the right thing"? No, they're looking at their bank accounts, seeing that Trump's and the GOP's "gifts" have been deposited and think "I am doing the right thing...for me."
Social Security has been America’s most effective anti-poverty program since 1935. Last year, it lifted 23.5 million people out of poverty, including 16.5 million seniors. Remember this when Republican leaders suggest raising the retirement age or cutting your benefits.
The judge in Trump's lawsuit against Harvard University dismissed the lawsuit saying, "The Trump Complaint was devoid of ANY factual allegations." [Emphasis added]. Fortunately, Trump has the most incompetent attorneys representing him.
@morningjoe-msnow.bsky.social I absolutely love Joe Scarborough's sense of humor. This morning on his show he made the comment, "Mr. Pillow had the stuffing knocked out of him last night. The only 'irregularity' here is maybe his bowel movements." 😂😂😂😂😂😂
So has the Florida judge in the Trump v. BBC lawsuit kowtowed to Trump? Hopefully not, but he allowed Trump to amend his original Complaint against the BBC. Trump is only doing this in order to continue to avoid giving the BBC's lawyers his financial records, which they have requested as discovery.
I'm so happy Amy Klobuchar won the election for Minnesota Governor, but, sadly, that also means a big loss for the U.S Senate.
@ananavarro.bsky.social @rickymartin.bsky.social @rosieodonnell.bsky.social Who wouldn't want to give Ricky Martin a lap dance? Such a beautiful man!!! I loved your episode with Rosie O'Donnell and I was surprised and delighted to hear you both express your warm feelings for Ricky Martin.
I'm watching a terrifying old movie, "The Sum of All Fears" with Ben Affleck. This Tom Clancy (Jack Ryan) film was made in 2002. The villains in it are a Nazi group in Germany. This film could be remade now, but I think we'd have to substitute Saudi Arabia or China for the film's plotting villains.
@mizzwelch.bsky.social I enjoy watching your podcasts, but the one where you had Loren Piretra as a guest was awful. Pereira came across as a siliconed, dumb and VINDICTIVE "reporter." Topic was Katie Miller. Perhaps less of a vitriolic discussion from her about Eric Swalwell? Her grapes are SOUR!
@meidastouch.com I'm delighted that Ballard Spahr, the law firm representing the BBC, is taking Trump and his lawyers "to the woodshed" for filing Trump's $10 billion bogus lawsuit against the BBC. My heros, for what they will continue to do, are Marc Elias and Charles Tobin. Persevere, gentlemen!
I'm wondering if Lesley Groff is being designated as the "fall guy" to get a jail sentence for her connection to Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, Trump and his wealthy pedophile cronies, are getting off uncharged. Remember Allen Weisselberg? He took the fall and prison sentence for Trump and sons.
So the estimate is that Trump would owe at least a million dollars in back taxes if the IRS was allowed to audit him. Does anyone believe Trump would actually pay that amount from his OWN money? Hardly. He would take that money from the U.S. Treasury or from seniors via Social Security or Medicare.
