The scene depicts a potential played out scenario from where it leaves off in chapter 5, if the player character agrees to go with the others' plan to be magically imprisoned as humanely as possible. Kyle's cell is a room in a decrepit mansion, it has been refurbished with soft colorful rugs, a curtain, and prison bars permanently installed in the doorframe.

Sitting outside of Kyle's cell, Stella plays a video on her phone to watch together. The phone is the only source of light in this night scene, their surroundings are in deep shadow. Kyle is dressed in pajamas and moth patterned socks provided by Stella. Despite being cared for he's dirty, underweight, and unkempt. He hugs his knees and leans his head on Stella's shoulder through the bars, his expression obscured except for his defeated eyes.
