Don't know how many of you know about this, but what is up with book titles from around 200-400 years ago? These have to be around 25+ words each!

I've been playing Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 recently. It is one of the most mixed bag games that I have ever played. The core loop of it is solid, I love maneuvering my squad around, especially in cities. But it's lows... oh boy are they low.

This is much more serious than alot of my other posts but I got hit by a car today. Thankfully I didn't break anything, but I've got lots of injuries and a mild concussion. Don't expect much from me in the coming weeks.

I might take a little break from making digital artwork for a bit, mainly because I want to focus more on honing my skills, especially with anatomy and posing. My computer issues are also a factor, but I felt like this was necessary before they sprung up again. I hope you like my traditional stuff!

I'm having computer issues again! Yay! Luckily it hasn't completely died yet, but I've seen this movie before, and I know how it ends. I think it would just be better if I got a new computer, and hopefully it lasts longer than 4 months under it's own power.

Tried to get a good night's sleep without AC tonight, since it's power intensive and not the greatest thing for the environment. The way I went about this is by opening both of my windows, BIG MISTAKE! Neither of my windows have screens that prevent insects from coming in.

Whelp! That was Art Fight! The main thing that I learned from this year was to pace myself, because BOY DID I NOT DO THAT! I made like 12 attacks on the second day and my momentum just ground to a halt by the time the Tour started. Glad that I participated, and will be back in 2027's fight!

My mouth hurts a little from trying to roll my R's and get that G sound in for my Dutch. No I still don't know how to say a single word, but I want to get my pronunciation set in stone so I don't end up with a stupid American accent when I try to speak the language.

Yesterday I made a plan to go on a 10k bike ride which was mostly through Central Park, but had a couple of climbs all throughout the route since I want to get better at climbing. I ended up going 15k, and I'm very impressed by that!

The fact that I use a mamagen as my fursona while being a guy and using he/him pronouns has not failed to confuse people. Yes, Julia is a gal and she is the character that I choose to represent myself, but I'm a dude irl and that's how I'm comfortable presenting myself. Hope that clears things up!

A couple of my mutuals already know this, but I'm going to start learning Dutch. Funny enough I'm going to start by learning pronunciation rather than grammar, since I want to get all of the sounds correct before attempting to speak words.

Went on an 8k long bike ride through the city today! Central park is such a great place to bike in, and I'm very much impressed by how much better Broadway has gotten since I last went down it, though there are some rough spots by Times and Herald squares.

Thinking about getting myself a typewriter, and while scrolling on eBay I keep finding (probably) AI generated product descriptions that barely tell me if the thing is working, refurbished, or for parts. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's real annoying.

I've been thinking about learning a second language, I'm still indecisive about which I'll try to learn, but no matter which I'll definitely be using RadioGarden. No that's not a language app, it's a website that allows you to listen to radio from other countries.
