I like old movies, new documentaries and have a book problem. St. Louis by way of Motown.

Know what I resent? Before I can read about Navi Pillay and why she won the Nobel Peace Prize, I have to skim past how Donald Trump didn’t get the award and what Donald Trump said about the award and how he didn’t know the lady who won the award. The media lets him insert himself everywhere.

I’d like to brighten everyone’s day and let you know that a baby porcupine is called a porcupette, and a mama and baby porcupine pair are called a prickle.

"September 11th was 25 years ago" -- Ted Cruz defends Trump lying about his response to 9/11 but suggesting he might not remember because it was so long ago

The Burning Man documentary reminded me that Whenever there’s a large group of folks partying their asses off more or less safely, there’s a competent woman somewhere making sure the first aid tent has enough bandaids.

Respect to the teachers and staff running the high school student drop-off area. I cannot imagine depleting all those stress reserves and then doing anything other than lying quietly under a nice tree for several hours.
