This is a bat kitty. One of my fun creations. not very original but ok XD  she is a rare white version The piece is balanced sculpture called The Companions.  It has its own little stand to stand on. It is balanced so it stands on it's leg and requires no additional support.

There is no better enjoyment than a well deserved sweet nap in life. Ended up epxerimenting for the pillow as I originally wanted to make the pillow real but  switched to rigid sculpt covered in fabric for better control on how it looks. Funny how things change #art #fox

Used dry brush techique for paintng and making the markins. overall, I think the colors blends much better and more naturally than more pasty layering. Am happy with it! My wesite: https://rivalmit.com/gallery #sculpture

Here is some progress of how the tiger was made. I layed down a white base to make the colors pop a bit more and it seems to have worked :) If there's anyone out there more experienced with the medium feel free to let me knowif there's another way to achieve brighter colors on toned paper.

After long long long, I've picked up just colored pencils and made something. These are often viewed as art supplys for children but you sure can make some amazing work if you put your mind to it. and I really like the end result! #art #painting
