No. There couldn't. Per the definition since we are not in an open, declared state of hostility or war with Russia, we are also not in a declared war with Iran. Indirect aid to Iran would require an overt act of giving aid and comfort to an enemy. Which is a Catch 22 since no declared war.
Can a case be made for high crimes and misdemeanors? Absofuckinglutely. But, per the Constitution, not Treason.
