Cancel your Nitro TONIGHT. No excuses. This plan IS significantly less horrible than the one they announced in February, but it is still an age verification system you cannot opt out of. That 8s unacceptable no matter how carefully implemented. And they know it, hence the sudden rug-pull.
Rona Altana@ronaaltana.bsky.social · 3w agoDiscord finally confirmed for real when they're rolling out age verification service-wide (tomorrow) and I've not seen a single person make a peep about it

I've had people who can't afford to support monetarily be the reason paying clients find me just through word of mouth alone. My next customer might not see my post, but they might see your repost of my work or comms.
Haradoshin! 🐛@haradoshin.bsky.social · 3mo agoPro tip: you don’t have to comm artists to boost and support them. People claim they can’t support artists and creators because they are financially strapped, but they can still boost posts, comment, like, and in general just be supportive! It’s completely free outside of an internet connection ;)
