Love Frankie Montas for the Mets Above average fastball velocity, over 150IP last season, five pitch-mix, and a plus splitter The ERA was ugly, but his K% jumped to 28.7% after some adjustments with the Brewers Citi Field will also be kind to him $17M AAV is cheap for a Starter, great move

Francisco Alvarez turned 23 years old today For catchers all-time… He's played the 9th most games Is tied for the 2nd most home runs And has the MOST postseason at-bats Before turning 23 It's really easy to forget how special the start of his career has been. Sky's the limit.
