Coalition of nearly 40 groups fighting to end exploitative child labor in the U.S. and abroad. An initiative under the National Consumers League.

Big Tobacco cannot sell a cigarette to a 12-year-old. But they can put one to work in a tobacco field. That child will absorb nicotine through their skin, get sick on the job & go home with no legal protection. NCL says enough. Pass the Children Don't Belong on Tobacco Farms Act.

We mourn the loss of Pharis Harvey, a founding co-chair of the CLC. He spent his life fighting for workers & children worldwide, helping launch GoodWeave, and holding corporations accountable for the workers in their supply chains. His legacy lives in the work we carry forward.
