Poor Shining, he's quickly learning what happens when you put self-indulgence before your regular guard training. Thankfully, Cadie doesn't seem to mind one bit, and he is a father now, so it was inevitable that he'd eventually get his 'Dad Bod'. :p

Poor Shining, he's no longer the slim and trim heroic captain of the royal guard these days. After months of desk work, lack of exercise and a diet of doughnuts and pies didn't do his figure any favour. Still, I bet there are some out there who might still find him handsome~
