The MRI visit wasn't a total waste, my brain is fine which is good.. but the important thing is now I have a leg elevation pillow and I can finally sleep again after a whole year of running around trying to figure out why I couldn't sleep. Last night was my third night in a row sleeping, I feel good
Been away from bluesky and FFXIV lately cause I've been struggling with my insomnia, turns out after an MRI visit that revealed nothing, they coincidentally gave me a pillow to elevate my legs which made my restless leg syndrome go away, so now I'm sleeping again for the first time in a whole year.
