On this day in 1942, Lucy Maud Montgomery died. Born in 1874 in New London, PEI, she wrote 20 novels, and over 1,000 short stories and poems. Her most famous book is Anne of Green Gables, which has sold over 50 million copies and been translated into 36 languages.

Day 19: Andy Kubert #comicskycoverartists This one was tough for me as I dislike the 90’s Marvel house style, but this one works for me because of the muscle-dad in the front with the brooding sex-stare and the giant phallic smoking gun between his legs. Unf. Who is the character, I don’t know GIJ?
