Basically, growing in the outdoors has really helped me to grow in professional and policy spaces and feel like I belong. I love you mountains. If you are an early career female economist academic and want to learn similar life skills in the mountains (not ski mountaineering), watch this space. 👀

Mountains are an amazing place for so many skills that translate to academic life, not to mention work life balance!
