New Hometown Show This Friday! ——— Yeah, so what I’ve been here for 3 years, hey, shut up. That’s pretty new to me! I’ll be supporting the magnificent Mr Gaz Brookfield at The Vic (Swindon) Word on the street is there’s still a few entry tokens left unclaimed! JOIN US! Sydes x

I MADE IT TO ONE FOR THE ROAD FEST AND IT WAS GLORIOUS! Somehow, my voice returned… I was terrified it wouldn’t last one song, let alone enough songs to necessitate an entire set! The relief! And THAT is how special One For The Road Fest is. It actually fixed me and made me able to play!

Bad news…

THANK YOU LONDON! Thursday at Aces & Eights supporting my boy Gaz Brookfield, alongside Gecko (who I’d never had the pleasure of meeting) was a beautiful thing! About 3/4 way through my set I began to noticeably lose my voice. I made it to the end, but running at about 40%!

I missed my window didn’t I? Didn’t even realise the schedule. Fucked it.

SHOW UPDATE! ——— I was due to play at FFS Fest on 14th November in Winchester… however, WE are now playing at FFS Fest on 14th November! Another full band show! We had so much fun at Oxygen Thief’s show last weekend we can’t wait to do it all again! Have you got your 🎟️?! Ben + Ash + Dan + Johno

LIONS AND TIGERS AND BEARS, OH MY! Today has been spent mostly processing yesterday’s show as it melted my brain a little… As if the Oxygen Thief 20 Year Anniversary show wasn’t an already incredible day for me, we then got to play our first full band show in 4 years!

TIMES FOR TOMORROW! Coming to Oxygen Thief’s 20th anniversary show tomorrow at The Croft Bristol?! Of course you are! Good choice! Well are the timings, you deserve them. It’s going to be one hell of a day! The band and I cannot wait to play for you all! See you there! Ben (AND The Band!)

How flattering! It would seem the people of Vinted are making busts of my head for you to buy! Perfect for mantle pieces, bookcases or pedestals! No, of course they’re not, this was just a stupid post to update you that the London show with Gaz now only has 10 🎟️’s left! This is not a drill!

Made the mistake of trying to get somewhere in England by any means again.

So last night was special! The new iteration of the B-Sydes full band came together for the first time to rehearse and immediately clicked like a big massive thing that clicks immediately! So please, if you would be so kind, to welcome Johno, Ash and Dan! This is going to be ALOT of fun… Sydes x
