I swear, the post-Covid cough is worse than the initial symptoms. At least the nausea and tiredness go away within a day or two. The cough comes and goes for a few weeks. You'll think it's going away, and then it comes back real bad for a day.

The ‘DARKWING DUCK’ animated reboot series is officially moving forward at Disney+ The cast includes Mark Hamill and Seth Rogen.

My wife bought me a nice coat and scarf to wear in New York. While I was digging around my scarf drawer I found two old wrist watches from my younger years. Kinda tempted to get the battery replaced and wear one. I haven't worn a watch in a long time.

My hairdresser at the salon I frequent suggested I do a vacation trip to Salem during Halloween and honestly that sounds like a really cool idea. I want to do more east coast visits anyway. I'll dress as a witch.

I really enjoyed Stranger Things, especially when it was at its peak. I know everyone has their favorites but 1 and 3 were probably mine. The first was just very original and I loved the Starcourt Mall. I miss looking forward to each season.

I had this crazy dream that humans weren't supposed to eat and we've been shoving random crap into our bodies all this time and causing us problems, and when we figured it out we all stopped eating and got like elevated to deep space. But that means we'd stop eating pancakes and that idea sucks.

I need to do more sketches like this. I haven't had as many free nights as I've had in the past and that's always when the inspiration to do loose sketches always comes to me. These sketches are always reflective of the music I'm listening too. Fleetwood Mac was what inspired this piece.

I'd like to get round to animating this at some point. I've never done anything like that before but I think it'd make for a fun one. You know. Whenever I teach myself how to animate.

I'll get to more of these drawings soon, I promise. More for my own sake than anything else.

Debating if I want to dig out my old Rebel XTi camera and take it to New York, given how my phone camera is probably better at this point. But there was always something special about th ephotos this thing took, even when imperfect. I have no idea where it is. Probably under books somewhere.

Vacations are great but the weeks leading up to them usually have so much stress it almost cancels each other out lol. I have to board 3 cats, clean the house, hyperventilate on the kitchen floor about launching myself into the air, overthink all the planning I've done, the usual. Worth it though.

Attendees at Sonic expo Dallas will have a chance to grab stuff like this, which I'll probably color as well. Lots of new art to show off.

I'll take a pad of paper and a pencil when I go to NY to get some sketching done, likely in my hotel room since I'll be busy in the day. I'd like to go back and spend a few days just doing live sketching there. Maybe sit in Central Park or something.

Sometimes I feel we're all just falling into a large pit not of our own making, and we're all just scrambling to grasp each other's hands on the way down. I know we can come out the other side of this in some shape or other, but we're all going to be a little banged up. We have to keep trying.

We've reached a point where success is no longer considered successful enough to keep paying people to do good work. Not when you can spend zero dollars instead. Humans have quickly become an unnecessary expense in the eyes of corporate leaders. And that just makes me sad.
