In today's AIP History Weekly Edition, we look at Andrea Westermann's recent @hsnatsci.bsky.social article on Albert Heim's late-19c. work in glaciology and tectonics. Heim combined fieldwork, lab studies, and physical analysis to ground speculation about the plasticity and motion of ice and rock.
