I enjoyed speaking at "Unseen and Unprotected: Modern Slavery in the Shadow of Migration" at Jesus College Cambridge yesterday. @petrebreazu.bsky.social and the other organisers brought together speakers and audience members who genuinely care about trafficked persons and other irregular migrants.

Today we're hosting the MLR -funded conference on Living a Reproductive Life in the Workplace. Organised by Elisabeth Griffiths and Lyndsey Bengtsson, the conference considers discrimination, care, shifts in lives, menopause and their effects on women's lives.

This afternoon we're benefitting from the experience of Professor Phil Thomas, editor of the Journal of Law and Society. Phil is talking to us about producing 4* REF outputs.
