Hiya! Michael, He/Him, 23 YO, obsessor of many things. Top of the list are Sonic the Hedgehog and Xenoblade Chronicles. I'll be mostly yapping about those here! See what I'm playing! ⬇️ https://howlongtobeat.com/user/Whisperill/games/playing/1
I know I'm always annoying about this but it makes me sad just how little I care A little interested in whatever "segaland" is though

The amount of respect they pay to the Zelda Oracle games on Nintendo Today makes me rlly happy
Things are aligning to finally play Sonic Unwiished Thank you friend in high school who had nothing to give me for my birthday so he gave me HIS ENTIRE WII COLLECTION IN LOOSE DISCS
Sonic Rush (Oct 7) 7/10 All stage S ranks "When you first play a level, it can be frustrating to be punished so harshly for one mistake, in an often unpredictable way. Later on, when you begin to learn the levels thoroughly, you hardly even notice it." #WhisperillGameLog
The Cheese and the Worms: The Cosmos of a Sixteenth-Century Miller (Oct 7) I'll be honest, this was certainly above my reading level, but as a recommendation from my gf I was happy with what I was able to extract from it. It's a special examination of a rare time capsule. #WhisperillLitLog
Gang who's played Resident Evil Village cuz I need to talk to someone about the things I been seeing on my screen
Returnal (Oct 4) 8/10 "...it leads to emotions that are simple and human in nature, connecting you to the things Selene is feeling. Sometimes when you die, you feel sad. Sometimes you're filled with rage. But sometimes, it's a cathartic relief that... at least it's over." #WhisperillGameLog

It seems like it's not as bad as IGN made it out to be. BUT I still just can't help but feel like it's a slippery slope and it will not stay so minimal in future
Whisperill 🌫️@whisperill.bsky.social · last wk.Regardless of how you feel about using it as a development tool (let's be real, it will not stay that way) They're killing it. Literally every game they put out nowadays is adored and it's not like they take terribly long either. Why would you alter that process even a little?
Primetime (Oct 2) Definitely movie of the year material. I was completely engulfed in it and was left reeling when the credits rolled. The acting is absolutely top notch, and I loved the sinister notes that underlayed the entire thing. #WhisperillCinemaLog
it's so annoying when unironic parody accounts reply to ironic ones, like I'm here to see massively typoed posts from Knuckles the Echidna, not Mighty the Armadillo's legitimate thoughts on the situation
Extremely ashamed of my fellow men these days. (Image is just song lyrics)
Yoinked, they never saw it comin Except I'm doing Sonic music cuz I've been reconnecting with it lately
Bought vol 1 of the Sonic Generations OST I HAVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH
