Currently “bouncing” at our “bar”, which has a lot of rules. They’re simple, basic rules that are easy to follow. Some of you men hate being told no and get super aggressive about it. It’s embarrassing. Chill the fuck out and follow the rules. ✋🏽

A week of going on a caffeine detox and I actually feel great. Had minor headaches but I’ve been going to bed earlier with no interruptions during the night. I don’t feel sluggish in the morning. One day, I’ll cut out caffeine usage completely.
