I've had these Exocolonist love interest cards in my WIP folder since December, and finally sat down and finished one instead of being precious about doing "all" of them. Dys came out so good!! I'm posting yesterday's starting point so I remember how little time it took so maybe I do the others 😅

A lil gremlin zoomed over to my table and said “is this the yaoi corner” and I’m afraid I had to break the news that it is also the middle-aged yuri corner.

Convention table absolutely festooned with posters and small merch like postcards and stickers and a graphic novel. It is outside, under a tent.

Kev pointed out* that now we print/trim posters at home, we have these offcut pieces that could be bookmarks. I'm headed to Surrey Pride tomorrow, so I put these together real quick. * he also pointed out that apparently this is an Andor reference but, you know, I'm not mad about it??

One more drop for today. I finally drew the Heated Rivalry boys in the way I know best: shirtless and looking at each other longingly. Just in time for MCAF. ^^

Shane, on the right, is looking left with his hand on his hip. Both of them are shirtless. There are loons in flight in the foreground, and white silhouettes of loons in flight in the background. The 'art nouveau' of it all evokes hockey imagery: the hockey sticks are tall swooshes, the negative space halo around their heads is center ice, and along the bottom of both edges is an area of netting, like the edge of a hockey net. The picture is overall very warm-toned and romantic.
